As people close to me know, I struggle with mental illness. It affects my life both internally and externally. It also affects my family. Mental health is so fragile. Aside from mental illness, the human brain deals with emotions, feelings, stress, memories, worries about the future and so on. In the last year, one really big thing that has helped me in my day-to-day life is meditation. Meditation has allowed me to come to terms with things, helped me learn to love myself, and given me the ability to live in the present by taking things one moment at a time.
Through this website I will be sharing my journey with meditation and helping people to find healthy ways to increase positivity, bring balance to your life, and find ways to get through life more relaxed and with more peace.
